Mr. Sathya Chea

Mr. Sathya Chea is a teacher and researcher in higher education. He taught in the Bachelor's and Master's Degree programs at the Department of English, Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, between 2005 and 2020. He obtained his Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Northern Illinois University in 2012 on a Fulbright scholarship, and he is now completing his PhD in Education, majoring in employability skills development. His areas of interest include teaching and learning theories, motivation, engagement, curriculum development, and employability skills at the higher education level.
